Jon Vickers-Jones is a writer, storyteller, painter, scenic designer, director, and creativity instructor from Britain.  He has published books of fiction, non-fiction, poetry, plays, and children’s stories.

He has acted and directed in community theater and summer stock, told stories and held workshops in schools, clubs, organizations, and festivals.

He has written and directed children’s plays and assisted students in learning acting techniques, making costumes, and designing and building stage sets for plays.

Vickers-Jones spent 10 years as a technical director and scenic designer in regional theater.
